This 4 ingredient mango kale smoothie is my favourite way to start the day! This vibrant green smoothie is creamy and delicious, comes together in just 5 minutes, and is the best way to increase your daily intake of fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango , diced
  • 1 large handful kale , stems removed
  • 1-2 medjool dates
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy straight away.
