Easy Peanut Sauce

This easy peanut sauce is the perfect accompaniment to a range of different dishes and is packed full of flavour. With a delicious balance of creamy peanut butter, salty soy sauce, tangy lime and a hint of chilli, this sauce is going to be your go-to whether for dunking or drizzling.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until really creamy.
  • As is, this sauce is the perfect consistency for dunking but just add a little water if you want the sauce a little thinner for drizzling or tossing through noodles.
