  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup dairy free yoghurt
  • ¼ cup dairy free milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well with a spoon to combine. Add a little more dairy free milk if required to reach your desired consistency depending on if you want it for drizzling or dunking.
  • Pour the dressing into a jar and store in the fridge until ready to use.

Notes

For vegan, use a vegan mayonnaise instead.
I use a soy greek-style yoghurt which works perfectly in this recipe but you can use any plain yoghurt you prefer.
Serving size approx. 1 tablespoon - recipe makes about 1 ½ cups of dressing.
