Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

Peanut butter stuffed dates are a delicious little sweet snack or dessert. They are super easy to prepare and require just a few ingredients. With the rich and sticky caramel flavour of the medjool dates, the creamy peanut butter and just a little drizzle of dark chocolate and sea salt, these will be your go to healthy snack!

Ingredients

  • 450 grams medjool dates approx 20 dates
  • cup peanut butter
  • 40 grams dark vegan chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Using a knife, cut a slit along each date and remove the stone.
  • Place a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter into each date.
  • Gently melt the chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals. Drizzle the chocolate over the top of the peanut butter stuffed dates.
  • Sprinkle a little flaky sea salt over the top and let the dates chill in the fridge on a tray or plate until the chocolate has set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
