Equipment

Ingredients

  • 450-500 grams lamb loin chops approximately 6 chops
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Trim any excess fat from the lamb chops if needed and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the olive oil, crushed garlic, and chopped thyme (or rosemary). Season generously with salt and pepper, then mix well to coat the lamb chops evenly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight, to marinate.
  • When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Arrange the lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • The lamb chops are medium when the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F). For medium-rare, aim for 57°C (135°F), and for well-done, 71°C (160°F).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
