This slow cooker corned beef is so easy and the result is super tender and flavourful, every single time! This is a simple and easy recipe to try, plus I have instructions to make this in the pressure cooker as well if you’re short on time!
Pressure Cooker Instructions: Once you have the ingredients in the pressure cooker, and the beef submerged in water, place on the lid and ensure the value is sealed. Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes and natural release for 15 minutes, before manually releasing any remaining pressure. Carefully remove the corned beef and place it on a chopping board. Cover loosely with foil and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
