Air Fryer Pork Chops

These air fryer pork chops are so tender and juicy - you’ll never want to cook pork any other way! Simply seasoned with garlic powder, salt and black pepper, you’ll be able to have perfectly cooked pork with minimal effort. Serve with a rustic mashed potato and greens for an easy weeknight meal in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer (if it has that function) to 200°C (400°F).
  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 5-minute mark.
  • The pork chops are ready when they reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Depending on the size of your chops, you may need to adjust the exact cooking time.
  • Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favourite vegetables or sides.
