Ingredients

  • 600-700 grams baby white potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 200°C/400°F (if your air fryer doesn’t have a preheat function, just run it at this temperature empty).
  • Chop the potatoes into approx. 1 inch pieces. If a lot of starchy liquid is released when cutting, gently pat the potatoes dry before placing them into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper and toss until all of the potatoes are evenly coated in the mixture.
  • Add the potatoes in a single layer to the basket of your air fryer.
  • Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes. Turn the potatoes then cook again for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve the potatoes straight away garnished with fresh parsley and extra sea salt if desired.
