1 ½ cups chopped cooked chicken 2-4 rashers bacon ¼ cup homemade ranch dressing 2 large flour tortilla wraps 2 cups chopped lettuce ½ avocado sliced
In a frying pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel to drain away any excess oil.
Assemble the wraps by placing some lettuce, followed by the chopped chicken and cooked bacon in the middle of each wrap.
Drizzle with the ranch dressing and top with the slices of avocado.
Roll the wrap up, tucking in the sides and rolling away from you. Toast the wrap in a sandwich press or in a pan on the stove if you like.
Slice the wrap in half and serve with a side of extra ranch dressing for dunking.
