The Easiest Vegan Garlic Bread
This easy vegan garlic bread recipe is the perfect addition to your dinner table! It’s my go-to side for homemade pizza, creamy pastas, or for dunking in soups. It’s simple to make, packed with real garlic flavour, and so incredibly delicious!

½ loaf French baguette 3 tablespoons vegan butter 60 grams, softened 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley Pinch flaky sea salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Slice the baguette in half lengthways and place on a baking tray, cut side up.
In a small bowl, mix the softened vegan butter with the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of flaky sea salt until well combined.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy at the edges.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
