Nothing goes to waste
A handful of ingredients stretch across more than one meal. Buy once, use it up:
- Lettuce, tomato & pickles → pile onto the smash burgers and into chicken tender wraps.
- Mayonnaise → the burger sauce and the honey mustard dip for the tenders.
- Potatoes → mash for the devilled sausages, and wedges alongside the burgers.
Your prep plan
- Make the burger sauce and honey mustard dip ahead — both keep for days in the fridge.
- Slow-cook the devilled sausages during the day for proper set-and-forget comfort food.
- The tuna bowls are no-cook — just have rice ready for the busiest night.
- Boil potatoes for mash while the sausages finish in the slow cooker.
Happy cooking, Sally x
