Nothing goes to waste
A handful of ingredients stretch across more than one meal. Buy once, use it up:
- Lemon → the creamy risoni, plus a squeeze over the lamb and through the salad dressing.
- Cucumber, carrot & red onion → the prawn bowls and the cauliflower salad.
Your prep plan
- Roast the cauliflower and chickpeas and whisk the tahini dressing ahead for a fast salad night.
- Crumb the lamb cutlets earlier in the day and keep them covered in the fridge until frying.
- The beef tacos and prawn bowls are your 20–30 minute nights
Happy cooking, Sally x
