I’ve been dairy free for over 10 years, and these are the meals I make again and again when I want something cosy, satisfying, and stress free. Winter is my favourite season when it comes to food and this list really celebrates all things warm and cosy when it comes to winter dinner recipes. We have a mix of creamy pastas, hearty family favourites, cosy casseroles, and of course a few comforting soups for those rainy days. All without dairy!

That’s right, you can indulge in all your favourite comfort foods without milk, cheese, butter, or cream! And no, we’re not compromising on flavour! It’s one of my greatest passions sharing that being dairy free doesn’t mean missing out, so let me show you how.

I hope this list gives you a few new favourites to add to your dinner rotation for those nights when you just need something cosy, easy, and of course, delicious.

I have made every version of dairy free mac and cheese over the years and this one is by far the best!

This chicken pot pie is packed with a creamy chicken and vegetable filling that is the perfect comfort food. Without the need for cream, this chicken pie becomes healthy without compromising on flavour. It is easy enough for a weeknight or a cosy weekend.

This dairy free lasagne recipe has all the cosy and comforting flavours of the family favourite recipe you know and love, just without the dairy. This cottage pie recipe is the family favourite you know and love and is my go-to easy recipe on a chilly day!
